aljazeera. >> oil prices are up, but the number of oil jobs are down. ali velshi is here with more details, and what's going on here? >> well, it was inevitable, tony, we have been hanging around the $2.50 point for a while. $56.39 a barrel. and traders are reacting to the lower than expected inventory. everybody has been pumping and drilling a lot hanging onto it when the prices start to go up, and now the inventories drop. and the energy department said that supply rows just 1.3 million barrels last week, and the traders were expecting four times more. this pushed the prices to the highest levels so far in 2015. and last month the price was $43 a barrel. so we're up from that. they have been inches this direction, tony. after today you saw the prices settle at $56.39 a barrel. and we're back in the range that the experts say this we can expect oil to be at in the next year. >> i'm dubious of what's going on. oil prices have gone up, but jobs in the industry are shrinking. >> about 56, $57 is where you need to be to have a profitable operation. that's

aljazeera america. and you know i talked earlier about adaptation, that's part of what we have to do. part of the adapting part is spending more money on our bees trying to keep them alive. if you are making up bees all year long you got to think of a hive as like an -- you know it's like a single little bee factory. and a full production, full honey production hive takes about 50,000 bees to really get in a full crop. and it takes about 20, 25,000 bees just to maintain the hive. so you have 20, 30,000 little buckets going out there and flying back to the flowers and bringing nectar back to the hive to produce a crop. well, if you have to split that hive in half or take bees away from it, now you're going to cut into your honey production. any time you're making up bees it's going to cost you somewhere. the cost of constantly feeding these bees is going to end up comes to a breaking point where that has to be passed on to the consumer. and so that's -- there is a price point that's going to be paid for

aljazeera america. this is inside story. i'm ray swarez. at the pelican bay prison in california, a scene of 200er strikes and now home to a class action lawsuit against solitary confinement. fully one fifth of the inmates have been in solitary for ten to 20 years. we are looking at the use of administrative segregation and isolation as punishment and protection. martin horn, if we have suspiciouses that any one inmate has mental health problems, are we able to supply as a society know bag you know about the prisons across the country. do we supply mental health treatment to the degree that it is needed in our prison pop haitian? i would say for the most part not. there are some exceptions where there are high quality care, and adequate care, and ample care, but for the most part, prisons in general throughout the country have really been overwhelmed. by the number of people in their custody, and they were never equipped to service that need, and they have never caught up and many of them don't even understand what they need to do. let me a

aljazeera america. what makes wikipedia weak is also what makes it vulnerable. almost anyone is allowed to edit. that ensures information is current, but it also means that it is ripe for rapid lynch. and now governments are getting into the act. last summer, wikipedia suspended access of all i.p. addresses from the u.s. house of representatives after some rogue edits came to light the russian government was caught red handed making bias edits. andleier this page, reports surfaced that a british government computer had been making hundreds of edit as month. so raj, give us an idea what some of these look like. >> some of these edits range from being distasteful, for example, this is a page of murdered soldier lee rigby and it was removed from the page on terrorism because he was not notable enough. others mock political figures like ukrainian politician. whose page was edited to claim that she was a russian puppet, even former u.s. defense secretary is not immune, his page was edited to say that he was an ail yell lizard who eats, mexican babies. and if you like
