agree with the layout, so i don't know what that's going to do, so through the chair, commissioner, allan low, i think you're on the committee as such, i would like to see if i can bring in some recommendations that might enhance the development. we had a list of different people, jan was there, she's the executive director, there was a lot of people there, very high dignitary people, even jim lazarus was there, when i took a look at what they had planned out, they had architects where the explore tor yum is going to leave, so the planning that would be looked at, they want to open up the middle of that building, it's like a part of a hanger, so they were thinking about opening it up in the middle and making a difference, right away, i wanted to [inaudible] to take a good look at what's being looked at there, there's the building on the outside which went through retrofit during 1993. the building structure, they want to possibly build the palace on the north end of the properties, that's something that might be later on used on the marina greens area, i'm not sure, and they can also look at

lows that were hit at about 10:00 a.m. this morning. joining me todd morgan, allan gayle, brian jacobson, and our own rick santelli. thank you very joining us. todd, good to see you. we've been trying to figure out if there is a trend, money coming out of fixed income finding a home in stocks given the fact we've had such a great beginning of the year. is that where the money is coming from? do you believe in this trend? >> i absolute do believe in this trend. it's coming both from bonds and cash. and we're seeing a remarkable amount of money come out and move to more risk assets. and it's the first time we've seen this in probably five, six years. >> this is the first time we've seen it, so that's why there's a debate on wlorhether or not thi money is new money or this rotation has begun. are you part of that? have you rotated? >> we have rotated a small amount. we've taken 5%, 10% out of bond portfolios and moved to equities. it doesn't take much. the statistics say something like $600 billion came out of bond funds in the last five years. in the last month we've only seen $35 becoillion go back. so there's a lot

low necessary 2008. >> yeah. do you think we're ever going to go back to 4%, allan? you're a trader. >> i'm very optimistic.oney is in what the performance of the markets do. you know, predicting the economic event, is that doesn't pay the bill. it's our job to take advantage of whatever the opportunities up, down or sideways. i would like to think that things are continuing to get better. there's not been a very high correlation between the stock market action and the economic numbers. we can talk economic numbers all we want. >> the commodity markets still haven't participated. they're still 50% below their stock market highs. i think that additional push, the dollar safety unwinding as we've started to see in the bonds, you know, that money coming out has to go to work. i think that's going to be very supportive for equities and i think it's going to be supportive for commodities, as well. >> have you ever thought of just getting rid of that? i see it. it makes me ask if it's knuckman or -- does it do anything? do you like to hold that place in the alphabet? what is the reason for leaving it there? >> my
