if you drive on the stretch of i-95 from jer toward allegheny, enjoy tomorrow morning's rush hour. it's going to look a bit different and move a bit slower. driving on i-95 in philly isn't exactly a picnic on a normal day. but monday night it's going to get tougher heading north on i-95 after gerard. penndot has a plan under way to replace a three-mile stretch of i-95 and adding a fourth travel lane in each direction. this next phase starts tomorrow at $212 million by itself, the second largest construction contract in penndot history. it's going to tighten things up for commuters. the current half mile construction zone becomes two miles long and shifts traffic away from the median. in a couple weeks they'll do the same to the southbound side. but we all know whenever traffic patterns change, commutes get longer. >> i think ultimately it's going to be a good thing. >> it just might be painful in the short run? >> probably. >> be extra careful with these changes you'll see overnight monday into tuesday. give yourself extra time and just try to keep telling yourself how great it's g
