this is i-95 at allegheny.t's your southbound traffic headed towards center city starting to get a little slow from allegheny to girard. as you look at the travel times you can tell it's no big delay just yet. let's take a look at the vine street expressway. a little heavier volume at times westbound as you head towards the schuylkill expressway. no overnight construction last night but crews will return again wednesday night and thursday night. those are the nights they're scheduled to shut the vine down so watch for that one. on the big picture a couple of issues here. in south philadelphia we've got this water main break. traffic just kind of squeezing by on 20th street at oregon avenue and also still the downed tree and wires in lower merion wynnewood road at city avenue. it's blocked. stick to lancaster avenue as your alternate for that one and that shot is not looking too good on the garden state parkway. you did have an accident there so watch for that one in egg harbor township on the parkway northbound

you emory street, which runs right under i-95 in the port richmond section between the girard and allegheny exits. what happens is the police undercover narcotics agents, that is, with the philadelphia police department, get a tip call that a group of people are going to abduct a woman who is working at a strip mall right off aramingo avenue. and it goes down just as everybody tipped them off it was going to go down. and they watch these people pull up in a jeep. they watch this poor woman, 25 years old, get out of work from the store, walk to her car, which is this toyota camry with the dark tinted windows. she gets close to her car, two guys come out of the jeep, force her into the back seat of her own car and they take off. so the cops decide to follow the emory obviously, let the jeep go for that moment, and call for back up. the emory crashes, blows out it front driver side tires, hit a curb, they chase one guy, make arrest, get the girl out of the back seat safely. they figure this is all related to previous crimes with home invasions. >> twenty-five year old female victim, once abduc
