robert lyles has the details. >> reporter: allen, this is causing a fair amount of chaos here in downtown oakland. first, the 12th street bart station has been shut down. and now there are literally hundreds of people walking down broadway trying to make their way to the next available bart station which i believe is around 17th street. here are the facts of what we know thus far. about 10 minutes ago, an adult male was carted off by emergency crews and an ambulance. he had been shot inside frank ogawa plaza. for those who have been following the "occupy oakland" movement, the shooting happened just outside the tully's coffee shop. tully's coffee shop had a severe amount of damage during the most recent vandalism attack, most of the windows broken out of the restaurant. to give a frame of reference where the shooting happened. witnesses heard at least two gunshots and saw two individuals running south on broadway. right now, police are giving very little information about the victim and the shooting. we don't know if this individual was a part of the movement or a bystander. there are con
