good evening, i'm allen martin. >> i'm dana king. >>> tonight four people are dead including two national guardsmen after a gunman went on a shooting rampage at a nevada restaurant. it happened this morning at an ihop in the state's capital in carson city. the gunman shot 11 people before killing himself. in all, four people are dead, five victims are national guardsmen who met at the restaurant this morning for an impromptu meeting. joe vazquez has more. >> reporter: you can see the scene of this mass murder, a nondescript ihop in nevada. police are starting to share more information about the gunman. 32-year-old eduardo sencion was carrying three weapons, two assault rifles and a pistol. he apparently only used the ak- 47 assault rifle. police say he drove up in a blue minivan at 9 a.m., took out the rifle and opened fire. first he shot a woman on or near a motorcycle. at some point he shot up the outside of a barbecue shop called locals barbecue then walked deep inside the ihop to the back. he saw a group of uniformed national guard troops who were eating breakfast and just started sho

i'm allen martin. >> and i'm dana king. >>> bang of america said today that -- bank of america said today that it will cut about 30,000 jobs. those cuts will come from offices all around the world. but the bank does have a large presence in the east bay. and now why workers here were already nervous. ann. >> reporter: any company that's eliminating 30,000 jobs can't be good. how bad it might be for the city of concord has yet been determined. built in 1986, bank of america's technology center is concord's skyline and about 2500 people work there. but b of a has sold the building and is leasing the space is and the company confirms world wide, 30,000 jobs will be cut in the next few years. there are reports it could be at least 40,000 jobs. the bank say ms. cuts will come from not selling bank posts and attrition. how will the job losses affect the largest concord combier? in an e-mail, a b of a spokes woman wrote there are no details related to geography at this time. consolidations and reductions will take place over the next few years and be spread across the entire global enterprise. c
