allen pizzey is in brussels with more on that. allen, authorities are aware of the three men they found on surveillance building they knew maker. what can you tell us about these three men? >> reporter: well, the two men who were seen in the video believed to be the suicide bombers were known to the belgian police but the police said no link to terrorism. however, laachroui is another case altogether. apparently, his dna was found in an apartment used by the paris attackers. he is directly linked to that. they think he may well be the master bombmaker. he traveled to hungary last year with salah abdeslam to paris for the terrorist attacks there. authorities are arriving here to work with their european counterparts, specifically to look at the bomb and how it was made, because the more they found out about the specifics of the bomb, the expertise that went into it, the more clues and they can trace back perhaps to where he got the bits' pieces but it's a long, slow process. >> since friday, belgium has been on high alert but they w

we've also learned that the brussels bombers were casing nuclear facilities and allen pizzey has that. >> reporter: the evidence that isis is turning its focus from pure carnage to bigger and more terrifying targets was on a 10-hour surveillance tape of the comings and goings of a senior official of the nuclear industry. it was recovered by belgian police in a raid last december in the aftermath of the paris attacks. who mens whose faces were caught when they pingd the camera hidden in bushes are now thought to be the bakraoui brothers. they were also seen casing one of the country's two nuclear power plants. authorities aren't saying what they think the brothers had in mind, but earlier this month, 1 fowfort soldiers were deployed to guard the nuclear facilities. terrorist expert gef lambrecht says the nuclear industry is an obvious isis target. >> we know that terrorists have been targeting power stations elsewhere in the world. they are interested in this kind of sabotage, of course. >> reporter: european and u.s. security officials believe isis has sent between 300 and 400 trained
