so that's like four hours after cal fire put out that initial alert in my neighborhood above the allen rock hills here in san jose. a little frantic for a little while there. first you get the initial shock that you have to evacuate. and then you've got to tell your kids, they have to pack a bag and leave home for a few days because we're not sure what's going to be happening. so my kids, obviously they took their xbox, my son did, and he took these little caricatures called the homeys, because that's one thing he values, i guess. we grabbed our safe and clothes and left home, not knowing when we're allowed to return back to our home here in the hills of san jose. but just a little weird that cal fire sent out that initial alert at 2:00 this afternoon. i got that alert from my neighbor. he forwarded that alert to me. i didn't get my text alert until about four or five minutes ago. that's a little weird, trying to find out why that is, if there's a four-hour delay from the time that cal fire ordered that evacuation order to the time i get that alert on my phone. i alerted my immediate neighb
