we spoke to solicitor allison kendall, p h, who says the protesters have every right to continue the demonstration. under the constitution and the charter of rights and freedoms. those protesters were there peacefully, have the right to assemble and gather together and protest that is protected and it is unlawful to interfere with that. so the prime minister has tried to brand these protests as violent and to take it out of the protection under the charter. but it's certainly not the case. so in our view of these actions, under the emergencies act, to try to disband this peaceful protest is completely unlawful and goes against canadians, charter rights and freedoms. there's a video going around of the prime minister, admitting that he has donated the federal government, has donated tens of millions of dollars to the mainstream media in canada. and so the state funded media is basically going with the narrative that you know the protests aren't peaceful and that the public should be against them. and by violating the privacy of these donors to this peaceful cause, it's, it's in our vi
