good morning, allyson. >> good morning, finally we are going to dry out a little bit. quiet dry days before more rain to end the week. looking at our setup, it doesn't look too dry. we have a couple of sprinkles out there, and it still feels on the muggy side. we do have one little shower near mount airy and a few hit or miss sprinkles this morning. it's still warm out there because the winds are still out of the southwest. it's on the muggy side. by the afternoon we'll stay into the 70s, but the air mass will change meaning it's not going to be as humid. the humidity will drop later on today. you'll feel the wind pick up. that will bring in drier air. you can see that here with temperatures into the 60s. that's about a 10-degree drop when you head to hagerstown. 63 degrees there, it's only into the 40s for oakland and through davis. we're not going to cool off that much. we are going to see that cool dry air we'll take a big dip down to the mid-60s. we typically do see the temperatures fall this time of the morning. that's a significant drop within a few short hours.
