neurologist allyson rae is tracking the storm's every move . >>> it will impact our weekend, but it will impact your drive home. today is a mess with the morning commute very wet and now we see water rising. there are some low-lying roads and we are seeing a lot of closures with water's -- water seeping over. of you know the road that always floods near your home, if you are south and west of d.c. through fairfax, prince william and stafford, charles and st. mary and calvert county, you may have water on the road. there's a flash flood watch with rain headed our way and the water is rising in streams and creeks. we will watch r a flood warning for parts of fairfax and prince william and a flash flood warning for parts of charles and into the st. mary, as well. even if it is not rising in your area, water is rising and more rain is heading your way. we are seeing trees falling over and that will be the case this evening, as well. the ground is very saturated and it is very easy for those trees to topple over. the purple colors, 2-3 inches and in calvert county, 5 inches of rain. the rain
