goran told the court he gave calvin alston money after he retired because he liked calvin alston and that he cooperated with the government and felt bad that he got a stiff sentence. alston spent more than 20 years in prison and got the deal from the government at the time and admitted his guilt saying that he was involved in the murder of catherine fuller. last week, as we told you, he came here and said everything he said at the time was not true, laura. >> what is next in the case? >> goran is expected on the stand tomorrow and will be cross-examined. the government's putting on a vigorous defense here, laura, and is they believe what happened in that trial is what happened in that alley. >> and some of the evidence from the george hugely murder trial will be made public. a jury convicted the former university of virginia lacrosse player of killing his ex- girlfriend, yeardley love. the court will make what it calls nonsensitive evidence available on may 15th and 16th. no one will be allowed to take pictures of that evidence. >>> virginia tech is asking a judge to put aside a verd
