rain in the santa clara valley looking to the eastern foothills of alum rock and the east bay. we have a little bit of light precipitation around highway 50 and, in fact, right here, this is 580, what did i say, 50? i meant 580 to macarthur boulevard. other than that things are settling down. we'll have a lingering shower. the soberanes and chimney burn scar areas, flood watch. yellow area flood watch for hours. sfo will continue to check in for the possibility of potential of airport delays due to a low ceiling, a little bit of light fog, as well. temperatures very mild 50 to 57 degrees. not going to see a lot of movement in the temperatures or the wind. the wind has been dialing back after seeing peak winds at 58 miles per hour at calaveras road in the east bay of pleasanton. 62 in the mount diablo area. the winds are now relatively under 10 except for sfo at 12. 7 in the fairfield area. winds will be west 10 to 15. a lingering shower here or there today. less wind but then tomorrow and friday i invite you to get on out to clear out the gutters. we have flooding rains moving

south bay we are seeing some pretty moderate to heavy rainfall around story road, drifting into the alum rockrea, alviso. a little break in the activity around the santa cruz mountains. keep in mind with the last storm, boulder creek also redwood grove and san lorenzo park saw over 4 to 5 inches of rainfall. another 4 inches of rain expected within the next 24 hours. here you have the peninsula damage done three hours 18- minute delays on some arriving flights at sfo. heaviest rainfall drifting toward the san mateo bridge. in the san francisco now pockets of heavy rain around the richmond district. also moving into point lobos avenue and we have some light to moderate rainfall around the mission district. toward the pacific i see a little bit of a break with lighter rain coming in. so the next 60 minutes, heavy to moderate rain. flash flood watch in the yellow area. it encompasses just about the entire bay area. the blue zone is the bay and coast where we have a coastal flooz advisory in effect. there will be coastal erosion coinciding with astronomical high tide of nearly 7 feet just after 9
