( darya ) one man is dead after a hit-and-run near half moon bay. police later arrested the suspected driver after finding parts of the victim's bicylce under his car. it happened as the victim was riding his bicyle on highway one saturday morning. debris on the road led investigators to a nearby home where they arrested angel gongora. police say the victim's bike was still lodged under gongora's s-u-v as he drove away from the crime scene. police have not yet released the name of the victim. gongora is being held on several charges at the san mateo county jail.
