let's go to alyssa harrington. you have been out there and you are still there. what you know about the crash and the victim? truck we just got new information and learned that the victim was the passenger inside the box truck. 64 years old out of orange county. the driver was 67 years old also out of orange county. the truck was traveling from los angeles with the final destination of san jose. the driver fell asleep and ended up veering off of the side of the road around 3:45. hit a cement box on the side of the road and the guardrail. ended up turning on its side. spiky driver fatigue is a big issue for us. it is almost on par with a drunken driving because sleepy drivers appear to be the same as drunk drivers it to us. we encourage people if they're feeling tired tired to not continue their journey. pull over and do not rely on coffee or energy drinks to keep you awake. they will not be effective. the best remedy for feeling tired on the road is to take a nap. truck the driver was injured but was able to tell officials what happened again. this happened at ab
