it's going to be great and after the america's cup ends at 4:00. our neighborhood certainly the cafes and restaurant expect and hope people will come use them. i wish to say this is about the details of this plan and residents elsewhere are very reasonably concerned that this is a plan that fell out of the sky. personally, i organization has been following america's cup since day 1. in november of 2010 i helped draft a letter that we were excited that the venue was moved from pier 32 to pier 27 and 29. what we were focusing on was the races. we are prepared to deal with the trash and noise associated with the races. people were excited for the most part, but the concerts did really fall out of the sky. so that said, we are happy that the america's cup and live nation have put some meat on the bones of some of the promises to make sure noise doesn't exceed certain levels and they agreed to pay a mandatory fine of $5,000. we hope they keep their promises and confident they will. >> okay. next speaker. >> my ma'am -- name is gary. resident of lombardy
