i'm ama daetz. dan ashley is off.ailed around 7:30 near niles county road in alameda county. it happened as it hit a tree that had fallen on to the tracks. let's go to katie who is live at the scene. katie? >> reporter: ama, from our vantage point on the scene through this thick brush you can barely make out what is the front of that train. the nose is down into the water, but my photographer was able to get up close, right on the water's edge there briefly and he was able to bring us this video. we want to get to that right away. it is a very dramatic scene. you can see with that car partially underwater, it was the only car that plunged into the creek. we understand two other train cars are described tonight as unstable. there were 214 passengers on the train and incredibly most of them were able to get themselves off the train uninjured. but 14 people were hurt. 10 of those people with minor injuries and four have serious injuries, but we are told those injuries are not life-threatening. i was able to talk with an
