and to echo a lot of what amanda side. so what happened at emory universities and camp man was a representative of police militarization and the united states. the encampment had only been up for maybe 2 hours. we were hanging out for you literature, free food. there was chanting, i'm singing and then uh, not only the university police, but also the city of atlanta police. and the georgia state patrol were brought onto campus. and violently took down the encampments and brutally arrested. 28 members of our community, including the people affiliated with emory, and the tactics they used were supposedly non lethal. but they were brutal and they were used with such force that they caused great harm. that's so extra shows that the, even the more privileged members of our society are the, these tactics are being used on them. and what we don't see is used to fix, you know, being documented there use being documented on community members who suffer the most of the hands of police brutality. those were your shots and they didn't,
