amanda. that's right. we are at stony point road and rohnert park expressway, where the expressway is still shut down at thisr because of flooding. now, you can see those roadblocks here behind me. this area has been closed since yesterday afternoon. now, folks here in this area are not quite out of the woods just yet, as the russian river is expected to crest this morning around seven. this area here in the north bay, as we all know, is no stranger to flooding, especially in this spot, which has since been closed off at airway drive near sutter avenue. several feet of water in the parking lot forced crews to evacuate a santa rosa medical center in the same area. at least two cars had to be towed from the facility on airway drive. this is at least the second time this area has flooded in the past year. >> i was looking out my window and then i hear the wind blowing it up against. i look out every once in a while and i said, this is too nasty to go out. and especially driving when you see that water going across the road like that, don't risk it. >> i think the city of santa rosa should have done something to
