am dave clark. let's talk about your weather and traffic. steve paulson, let's start the engine and go. >> it was not that bad when i came in. it did not take long to pick up, but tomorrow could be worse. the ground can take a lot of moisture because we have had a few years of dry weather. but pretty soon we will start having issues when you get 3 to 4 inches of rain. marin county and up into the russian river and down toward the santa cruz mountains, but the first part of the system has gone through. there is a lot more that needs to move in, and plenty offshore and a stronger system will be here tomorrow. nothing like what we had a little while ago, and back to rodeo and hercules getting some rain. it looks like back over to toward union city and the east san jose foothills. this has jet stream support and colder air, so this is a bigger system for tomorrow. there is plenty offshore moving in today, and this is this colder air working its way toward us, so we have another 48 hours of pretty heavy
