i would say i was recently made aware of the actions of american airlines to hold these town halls, to make it a no confirmed that the airline is focused on these issues, and they want to get the opportunity of people of color to tell their stories at the airline of what they faced and have other people here that. and hear the difficulties. and the aggressions that they faced at work. and then we have the backing of everyone at the airline. and those issues are going to be taken seriously and they are more likely to be follow-up action, and other people are more likely to understand that when you are disrespecting someone because of their gender, their race, or because of the way they identify. that that is unacceptable. and there is zero tolerance approach from the airlines in addressing that. that needs to be taken as seriously as any other violation. so i would lift up what american has be doing. and i've been at other airlines to, they all have the inclusion program. but more can be done to have these public conversations about what people of color are facing at work. >> thank you.
