the other entities listed here, the america's cup race management organization. they are primarily responsible for the water event management, but they will also be overseeing even logistics on land as well. we have been in close coordination with them and their sister agency. a quick run through the upcoming schedule. as i'm sure you have heard in the past, including at our presentation eight months ago, this america's cup is somewhat unique in that it is being preceded by the america's cup world series, which is a world tour of the same teams that are proposing to enter the america's cup event in 2013. that will head up to 16 cities over the course of this year and next year, leading up to early 2013. as you will see on this slide, there's a first leg of the world series that concludes in june 2012. the second leg commences in august 2012 and right now is planned for two regattas in san francisco. these would use the smaller votes, but that is really a great place. we are looking at that as an opportunity not only to experience the excitement of the america's c

if you make things in america -- if you make things in america, you pay no corporate tax. you are saying, "why would you tax folks here at this restaurant 17%, and the folks down the street, who manufacture, nothing? is that fair?" my answer is they will not take the restaurant to china. but they may take the manufacturing jobs, and they have repeatedly, to a lot of other places. we need to compete. we do not have to compete for restaurant business with mexico. a mexican restaurant, but not mexico. we need to make sure we can aduately compete, but we are not. that is where we are losing jobs. i asked the assiation of manufacturers. they said that if you exclude labor costs -- people say we are losing jobs because labor costs are high. let's take those out of the equaon. are we competitive with our top nine trading partners, with whom we do the majority of our business? the answer is we are not. according to the national association of manufacturers, which are 20% more expensive than our trading partners in manufacturing. we are not losing jobs because labor costs alone. we

i am most optimistic about america. i am pretty optimistic about and yet because i think they have got very good demographics there. the political situation is you know, on a day-to-day level you have got the corruption and inefficiency and they are not building roads properly but on the long term, it's pretty stable. they are not going to have a civil war. they have a democracy that works. they have the ability to change governments and government more or less reflect the will of the people so the long-term it's stable and they have this fantastic bulge of working age people coming up. i much forward about china. china has been growing very fast but i think it is going to start hitting the brakes fairly soon. the labor force is starting to shrink already thanks to the one-child policy. the country is going to get old before it gets rich. under the one-child policy, you had this period where you would have to parents with only one kid and that was fantastic dependency ratio. told parents could go out to work. that one k
