td ameritrade. is -bent on every merger that crosses her path. i thought the approach to regulation was way too aggressive. now i have to tell you, i'm done. it is time to go. as if there is no such thing as a positive merger. usually the ftc block some deals. what others do is that they do not have the mergers by that very nature. when you read this piece that she wrote for the law and policy, the antitrust revolution. congress is part of a different reality than those in this country. there are the monopolies. they have way too much power. there is almost no competition. they were paranoid and i do not think that. it is untethered from reality. there is a healthy competition out there. there is every merger that they can convince the judge to stop. the federal judge said he was unworthy of consideration. trying to keep the facebook acquisition. with amazon for having too much coercive power. at least amazon is a huge enterprise. i think they are totally wrong. they are held to a higher trust stand
