this is the amtrak train involved. amtrak aoperations just arrived he told us he is assessing the situation right now. we're hearing that this accident involved two young men walking along this track. police have confirmed, one person has died. the other is talking with police this morning. and this accident again involves an amtrak train and a young man on the tracks. and we arrived. police had their flashlights out. we're checking the train tracks. the collision happened about a quarter of a mile away. you can see near the 600 block of cleveland here in albany. you can see this is affecting amtrak service this morning. it's affecting the capital corridor service, coming from sacramento. we don't know how long passengers will have to wait here. as for details about this accident. the train normally goes to speeds of 70 miles per hour. we don't know at this point if the conductor had time to brake before the collision. but again, one person has died in this accident. as soon as we get more information, we'll pass that
