( darya ) this morning we now know the name of the man who was died after a struggle with san mateo deputies. 36-year-old chinedu valentine okobi died wednesday after being transported to hospital following the struggle. police say okobi was running in and out of traffic and when a deputy approached him.. okobi attacked him. the san mateo county sheriff's office says a gun was not used.. but witnesses say a taser was used.. the sheriff's office declined to confirm that. a neighbor who has known okobi all is life says he's stunned.
