amy hollyfield is at concord police head quarter autos he is being held responsible. >> reporter: yeah. dan. police are focusing on him. he's spent date here at the police department, then hauled off to jail about 9:00 tonight. police say the 52-year-old wasn't at home when his 2-year-old step grandson was killed but did admit to owning the three pit bulls that attacked the toddler. officers have charged hysahi with child endangerment and owning an animal that causes death. both are felony autos the child walked into the garage of the residence. and was tacked by three pit bulls in the garage. >> police say there were a total of five pit bulls in the family home two. in the yard at that time. it doesn't take officials long to decide what to do with the animals. >> the dogs were euthanized and will be tested for rab ease. >> reporter: two other children were home along with a 19-year-old uncle and the victim's grandmother. police don't know why the family had so many dog autos as far as i know they had them as pets. i don't have other details. >> reporter: neighbors say he don't know th
