we start with abc 7 news reporter amy holyfield at the south hayward station with more. amy? >> reporter: hi, eric. yeah, the station agent here just found out herself when she got to work. so she quickly hand-made some signs for her gate here, which is closed, telling people, no service here. go to bay fair if you want to catch a san francisco train. many people, though, aren't making it here to the gate, because of the station agent. look at this video of her. she is running out to curbside to tell people before they get dropped off, or park their car, that there is no service here. she hasn't stopped running since she got to work. she has to be the hardest working agent in the system. running all over this parking lot. here's why it's closed. south hayward station closed because of what happened last night. a person hit and killed out on the b.a.r.t. track. they are still investigating that case, so no trains will be running on this track which is leer leaving a lot of people stranded. >> a bad commute. all the way to berkeley to work. i've got to find arrangements, take t
