and rec and park. i am leslie trong with the central ymca and we are called an anchor organization at bodecker park and i won't repeat a lot of the statistics that my partners and the colleagues have stated but i do want to just give a bit of perspective from a main programming partner's perspective on how bow decker park is transformative for the community but also how i hope and the y hopes that we can see similar models take place in the tenderloin. in the ymca offers, over 50 50 hours a week of free programming and we hope that by doing this we can increase access for, you know, folks in some of the most vulnerable population in the city of san francisco, and we want -- our intent is to be inclusive alongside our partners with the types of programs that we offer so not just for youth but also for seniors and adults. and, you know, we have been in conversations, you know, with partners that have been working to activate the turk and hyde mini park and so we are excited to see, you know, plans moving

and ceiling system and pluming upgrades and lighting upgrades and adc upgrades and adding an nhvc system. as you know, this is been discussed quite a bit this summer and we originally held two large community meetings in the tender loin neighborhood and heard a lot of concerns from neighbors about opening up another services facility in the site and we were looking for this to be 120-seat resource center with a lot of showers and laundry facilities and bathrooms on sites and neighbors felt like it wasn't an appropriate use of this facility on this particular block and there's a lot of concerns about security and we came up with a different design which we've presented to you today which has been presented out to the community as well and we had a business roundtable meeting, several meetings with community leaders including the c.b.d., the alliance for better ter der loin service providers and neighborhood and i would say there's not 100% you know union nam tee on how the building should be used it people felt like it should be a resource center and some people felt like it should only b

and so it's 12.6 for 2018 and 2019 and 2020 should be more significant and the missed opportunity are those several thousand members who did not remain auto enrolled and who went back to access plus and they are constituted $2.7 million in savings. and that again. >> i wanted to just to talk about the imitation a little bit and the lessons learned. they had interesting nuances mentioned in the sutter primary case physicians which we responded to immediately and there was confusions about specialists who are also employed by sutter. so that work is continuing and identifying those in determining whether they impact anyone and everyone enrolled as of january 1st or enrolled at any point in the plan is eligible for continuity of care so any treatments they have in progress they get to continue on with those providers for those treatments. so we're not concerned about patient disruption but it was a lesson that we learned along the way in creating this custom network for h.s.s. we got a lot of feedback from members being happy that now they had ak stows ucsf so that was something positive

and spoken word and poetry and theatre. the project has received all of its regulatory agency approvals and in november 2017 the rec park commission awarded the construction contract. the estimated total project cost is $13 million. funding sources include $3 $3.5 million grant from the state of california which we hope for the board's approval to accept and expend, and $2.7 million in general funds, $3.8 million in tax credit and $1 million from cast and $60,000 from the community opportunity fund and $1.3 million in funds previously spent from a combination of 2000 bond funds and general funds. as noted previously in order to finance the construction of the powerhouse the city intends to use both new market tax credits and historic rehabilitation tax credits. the overall goal of the new market tax credit program is to stimulate the community development and economically distressed neighborhoods by creating jobs and providing services to low-income residents residents. as the ca carbine powerhouse is eligible for the tax c

our thoughts and prayers are with mayor lee's wife anita and his daughters tanya and brianna at this time. when he passed, mayor lee was surrounded by his family, by his friends, and the colleagues who loved him. ed lee lived a life of service cut far too short, but short far too soon. like me, ed grew up in public housing. the son of working class immigrant immigrants, he developed early on a profound sense of community. a commitment to helping others. his father was a veterans, and his mother a seamstress. they instilled in him a humility and self-lest work ethic that he maintained throughout his entire life. the mayor's father passed while he was just a teenager, but heart break could not derail him. ed earned a scholarship from boden college a prestigious liberal arts college in maine, and after graduating, he relocated to the bay area where, like so many of us, he fell in love with the city that he would call home for the rest of his life. he attended balt law school at the university of california-berkley and joined the asian law caucus. ed lee fought against discrimination, wo

of women and minorities in economics and we would love to and we see that women and minorities are studying economics at disturbingly low numbers and that women in these fields are generally about even with men economics, female majors are 30% of undergraduate majors disproportionate low enrollment of minorities. i think that economics is a terrific field and i thoroughly enjoyed my career in economics and think that there are many different hats that you can paths you can follow and i would like to encourage greater involvement and think that people will find that satisfying. in terms of the kind of research done in this field, i also think that a greater diversity with more women and minorities changing the focus of the questions that people choose to look at and the analysis that they bring in a range of thinking and all of that would be a healthy development. every day, it seems that the stock market goes up triple digits. do they now or should they -- as a sign of what is has been going on with valuation, there's a crypto currency called that coin. coin.t what is the policy on bitcoin?
