and wait for dinner around like 11:00 o'clock and eight and the go to bed and do it again. in the book i wrote-- i used to walk close to 14 miles a day without even knowing it. so, i would get up in the morning. i would put my close on and then walked to class which was like 4 miles, 5 miles. after school around like 12:30 p.m. i would get out of the school and walked to my basketball practice, which was like 3 miles, three or 4 miles and practice like all day under the sun in 110 degrees, practicing and then after basketball practice i would play pickup with my friends, which was like a few more miles. play pickup and after pickup i have to walk home which was like three or 4 miles without even knowing it, every single day. i had no clue. when i came to the us i wasn't used-- i was introduced to gps for the first time and i was like wait a minute here to there is 1 mile and it's like so how many miles i used to walk through the congo. i used to walk to close to 13, 40 miles day and one thing like i still regret like today if i ever like had a chance to go back, i would pic

so, we have a bill, senator langford and i along with senator harris and graham and warner and for and heinrich and collins called the secure election act and we have been working to make changes and introduce it as amendments but it does four things. first of all, it improves information sharing between local election officials, cyber security, experts and national security personnel. second, providing for the development and maintenance of cyber security best practices. we all know that there are five states that don't have backup paper ballots and there's something like nine more that have partial backup paper ballots and while we are not mandating what each state does and we do not want each state to have the exact same election equipment we think that would be a problem and it could potentially lend itself to more break-ins. we think it is important that we have some floor and standards that given what we know i don't think we be doing our democracy any good if we did not sure that we did not put in some floors. third, the bill will promote better auditing. our pick up after syste
