josh wmur's andy hershberger is : live with what he's learning about the case. andy? andy: investigators are releasing little information about what led up to this officer involved shooting this past weekend, and they it is available. authorities say police were called to a residence early sunday morning where they were confronted by 25-year-old cody lafont. lafont was shot and killed by police. there were no officers hurt in the incident. lafont had a minor criminal history that included guilty pleas to charges of resisting arrest and criminal trespass. he also had an outstanding charge of misuse of the 911 system for allegedly calling the emergency system several times. officials say the shooting investigation could take some peter the interviews of various : witnesses is ongoing as wll as physical evidence and any forensic evidence, so that is an online process that started early sunday morning. it continues now. an autopsy is being conducted now on mr. lafont, the man that was killed. andy: officials say those autopsy results are expected to be released later toda
