and to be candid, i understand it now that it has been explain andp i get it, so it can't be too toughas the voters in the caucuses here in iowa come in, we will break it down and for first time the democrats of iowa are reporting the popular vote in two rounds and not just the delegates, but the popular vote, and the first round voters can declare the first choice candidate. in the final round, the voters are allowed to switch the support if their first choice candidate does not arrive at at least 15% in the caucus. it is called the viability threshold, but 15% is the percentage to get to. we will compare both rounds to see how the vote changed and how that may have helped the ultimate winner of that individual caucus. now, in the end, the winning candidate is the one who gets the biggest share of iowa delegates, and state delegates are awarded baseded on the final round of votes, and not the first, but the final. and the state delegates matter the most, and we will be watching them very, very closely all night long. now, we want to check into the satellite caucus held outside of iowa
