i feel like andrea roane should be doing this interview. she's from louisiana. >> i want to keep it simple for you. i know you want to get in the kitchen and understand more of it. i want you to use your mixer and all the things you have at home. what we have here is a cake with pecans in it. i baked it ahead of time and a cream cheese icing that is different, in that it has evaporated milk in it. a little touch of orange juice, too and i like it for the flavor. it makes it a little loose as you can see but it sets up nicely after you make it. >> and orange juice gives you vitamin c and makes this really healthy. >> oh, right. cake is a good food. a lot of talk about health right now and what kind of fats and food you should eat. i believe in moderation and eating dessert and working out and all three of them you have to have in your life if you want to lead a realistic life. you are going to have dessert. >> when you talk about healthy recipes, i notice from california you have avocado cup cakes. >> that's right. >> i did my research. i lo

i'm andrea roane. thanks for joining us this morning.ie goff will have the traffic in just a moment. first here's howard with a foggy forecast. >> it is included eastern virginia. we are talking harrisburg down to danville almost and norfolk. go anywhere from there, including us and baltimore you are under the dense fog advisory. eastern shore still is not. we will watch that. look at the satellite and radar first and then to the dense fog advisory. the rain from yesterday, a nice gentle rain but left low-level moisture. perfect combinations for forming fog and all the counties in yellow which is everybody except western maryland and shenandoah valley and the eastern shore. >> keep airlines on the ground. >> there will be flight delays with visibilities at dulles at zero at last check. same with gaithersburg and leesburg, martinsburg, hagerstown, a quarter mile and even at gnash we have been dropping to a mile and a quarter. a lot of fog. tappahannock , three quarters of a mile. some of the fog you will be driving and then hit blinding f
