andrea. >> thank you. mike taibbi. jim cavanaugh, as we say, retired special agent with 32 years experience. what do law enforcement do when a situation like this develops? >> we talked about -- of course. there's a report, andrea, from knbc there that he might even be shot or wounded or killed. that's the first thing. the second thing we talked about police commanders over the years is try to exploit as quick as we can the information that may be on the shooter. that would be to defeat other acts, other players. one of the first things you want to do is get to him. does he have a cell phone. is he in contact with somebody else. is there another person in another city in another terminal. you've got to get to that pretty quickly. >> once you determined this would be a lone shooter, you can do the normal procedures. you would obviously be checking for any other possible involvement. you would want to get things back to normal as soon as you could. >> exactly right. safety is the paramont other shooters or conspirators.

andrea, that is the headline.ring us the headlines. >> this was brokered and agreed to 3:00 geneva time, 9:00 eastern standard time. the deal is to freeze iran's nuclear program in place but not to force iran to destroy its advanced -- that is one of the reasons why there's a lot of democratic opposition to this on the hill as well as israeli, saudi persian golf opposition to it. iran will be able to, six months from now, could potentially breakout and create something that would approach a nuclear weapon. iran would have to stop construction on a separate plutonium reactor. they would get some sanction relief, $3.5 billion of their own assets that have been frozen. some additional gradual release over six months. the u.n. atomic agency would control and patrol the deal. again, the criticism will be that iran will have the nuclear equipment and could build up very quickly, if it decides to break out of the deal. the administrations posture is it is important to negotiate now while there is, what they believe, a mo
