around 2:00 sunday morning, 25-year-old richard clark and 20-year-old andrew mccuen drove down the remote road near the huntington village subdivision and parked. when they contestant leave, they removed the well station door and tried using that to get their car unstuck. state road 40 trying to find help but couldn't and walked back. a maintenance worker found the car and called deputies. deputies say not only did they find the door on the ground but damage to the electrical box inside, something the men say wasn't their fault. investigators say they caused over $2,000 in damages and are now facing charges of felony criminal mischief. >> thank you. now to that owner of a king cobra that escaped last year. we've learned a hearing in the case is set for next month. michael kennedy is appealing efforts by the florida fish and wildlife commission to revoke his license to keep venomous reptiles on his property. this comes months after an 8-foot cobra disappeared from his home back in september. it was found weeks later. kennedy will appear via video conference with officials in tallahassee on
