the nelson campaign is alleging that a whole lot more people voted for andrew gillam in the gubernatorial election than voted for him as senator and that doesn't make sense in a heavily democratic county. what do you make of this? >> it does and it doesn't. understand that this is not the first election that bill nelson has been on the ballot where he as a senate candidate has actually received fewer votes in the race he is in than the gubernatorial race. that has happened. he is right, however, that there were a number of under votes, the word he used, when there are no votes cast in a race and a suspiciously high number. however, the best available evidence indicates it was probably bad ballot design and therefore voter error in missing the race on the ballot. there is going to be a recount. if the margin of the race remains below a quarter point then you will see a hand recount where the ballots that showed no vote for president or no vote for senate or too many votes for senate, those will be kicked out and then manually reviewed, just those extra ballots. then they will have to defin
