let's get it over to andrew james.om these opec-plus discussions, what are we looking at in terms of production levels over the next few months. >> opec-plus is splitting along some familiar faultlines. you have russia and kazakhstan and also saudi arabia and its cult allies urging caution. according to a bloomberg survey, they will return about 550,000 barrels per day. that would be around 10% of the output that is still currently idle from the pandemic. >> what do you think the main factors will be as we see a normalization to this market? >> i am pre-sure the saudi's would be pointing to the delta variant and the risk of that dampening fuel demand in major markets even though so far, it has not really affected the rally. pretty sure they would be pointing to that. we also have the prospect of iranian oil returning at some point although those talks are dragging on. i don't think anyone is expecting that to happen anytime soon but the supply drop is pretty tight. we had u.s. shale saying recently that they are going

andrew james joins us now from singapore. good morning from london. opec-plus decision held up? we know that russia -- russia and the saudis seem to come to an agreement. what does this?? mean for the markets >> -- what does this mean for the markets? >> the deal was held up by brinkmanship from the uae. they want production -- the maximum production capacity has gone up by about one million barrels a day. they want a deal to reflect that which would enable them to pump more. the worst case scenario, they cannot come to an agreement, that would mean opec-plus would revert to terms. that would see a massive spike in prices which would be very inflationary. a major hit to central banks. the consensus is they will get to some sort of agreement. it may look similar to what they have thrashed out. there will probably be some concessions to the uae. anna: you suggest there will be an agreement. you expect they will come to some sort of agreement. what will that mean for longer-term outlook for oil prices? >> the view there will be an agreement is based off

an inquest into andrew devine's death — held on wednesday — concluded he'd been unlawfully killed. it makes him the 97th victim of the disaster. jamesx months to live. but with 24—hour care, he survived for another 32 years. his family say he was the centre of their lives. our devastation over his death, they say, is overwhelming. 96 more liverpool fans died of their injuries at hillsborough. two years after the disaster, an inquest ruled their deaths were accidental. the families refused to accept this verdict. after years of campaigning, they succeeded in obtaining a new inquest. in 2016, this hearing recorded that the fans were unlawfully killed. in a later trial though, the police commander at the game was cleared of gross negligence manslaughter. the liverpool coroner's court has now ruled that andrew devine was, like the 96 others, unlawfully killed. and so more than three decades on, the total number of dead from hillsborough rises to 97. james reynolds, bbc news. we've been speaking to dan kay who covered hillsborough for a number of years for the liverpool echo. he said the news of andrew devine's death has been felt deeply
