attorney andy mccarthy. andrew; so nice to have you. what do you make of all this? >> well, i actually think, jed, that it's really just silly. i mean, you know, all this stems from this to-do that the democrats have wanted to make about the russians using social media to tamper with the election. and i've always thought that that was a perilous road to go down because our government tampers with elections all over the world. we try to influence other elections. this is what governments do. what happened this time is the russians tried to influence the election against the democrats; so that the first time ever gets people all whipped up. but the amount of money that was poured into that effort is a drop in the ocean of campaign

andrew mccarthy on all of. that andrew, where do you think this is going? i think we will be in it for a while, neil. one of the things that jumped out at me at one of the fillings that mueller did last week in connection with paul man for f s case he was in the grand jury as late as november. if mueller has a grand jury going he is contemplating charging more people. i don't think he's wrapped up yet. i don't think we know the parameters of the report. one of the things i caution people about this is that mueller son his own time table. he doesn't really care what is convenient for the political system, the political calendar. i think he did kind of stay, lay low in the tall grass in the unrurunup to the midterm electi. i think he's on his own hook beyond that. >> i wonder the definition of collusion here. even taking to the russians about business interested. say you're building a trump tower in moscow. it never comes to pass. is that collusion? it turns out in the end the president and candidate trump knicks the idea knicks the tower. didn't go to moscow
