i'm becky quick along with joe kernen and andrew ross sorkin. what is that? are you getting sick, too, joe? >> allergies, i think. >> it is the season. trees are coming back. pollen is here. we'll lead off with the markets this morning. they went into rally mode after the fed minutes yesterday. signs that the central bank will remain more dovish and less aggressive to hike rates. that sent stocks flying. joe's right. we were watching for what was going to happen with this. sure enough it looks like the fed put maybe back on. there was a unanimous decision to drop thresholds being used to telegraph a possible rate hike. and the markets, you saw the dow yesterday, it took off, adding 180 points for a better than 1% advance. the s&p 500 gaining over 1%, adding 20 points to close at 1872. finally we are above where we closed the year last year. we're looking at a gain of 23 points for the course of this year. the nasdaq stormed back. internet and biotech names lead the way. it added 7 points. in europe right now, markets around the globe taking cues from what the
