. >> our guest here andrew weiss. thank you for making it. i know the traffic here in washington can be tough sometimes. thank you. >> great to be here. >> let's just turn our attention to -- we just heard from the last caller about, you know, we need to deal with russia as it is and let the people of russia sort out who is going to be its leader and where it goes next. what's your reaction? >> i think russia is in the stage of building something brand new. putin created a system over the last ten years. we've seen real problems in the last few months with that system. outgrowing some of the socio economic gains. there's a big part of russian society, 25%, 30%, which feels they want a voice. they don't want to be subjects. they want to be citizens. we're seeing some of those growing pains righte question i with a big percentage of those people feeling very alienated. they feel like their rights as citizens have been trampled. survive his -- possibly his first term, six years? >> putin is now in his essentially going to be in his third term. >

. >> let's trade some of these names while andrew sticks with us. steve weiss, dell, aflac. i can tell us that avis budget group which has had a ridiculous return is also on the list and the ticker symbol is car. >> you know, i'm looking at dell and i don't regard dell as cheaper than apple the way i look at it. i'm looking at the peg ratio which is the p/e to growth and apple is virtually going to be flat by the street estimates there. next year, over this year, versus apple, which is historically grown at just an incredible rate. 15%. maybe we come down to 30%. but that's at a 14 p/e so i would say that i prefer apple because it's significantly less expensive than dell, which just hasn't shown growth. >> b.k.? >> the one i would look at is aflac. that's probably a great pick here. the big concern with aflac as andrew mentioned has been the investment portfolio which it does appear they're starting to clean up. maybe andrew has a comment a bit on their exposure to japan and japanese government bands, whether that concerns them or not. >> it is a concern. they have a japanes
