my name is andrew zachs. i am an attorney representing safe embarcadero for all which is a group of thousands of residents here in the embarcadero. the port and the commission are moving too fast for this project. members of the public have not been given an opportunity to have any meaningful input on this project. from being announced march 1 to possibly be voted on today, there's no possible way a project of this impact can be properly considered and the public be properly consulted. in fact, the city has breached the brown act by failing to provide documents to my office in a timely manner. in fact, some documents were not provided until late yesterday despite being requested a month ago. that was after the time we filed our brief with this board and there were hundreds of documents requested with that, notwithstanding the fact they were asked for weeks ago. in addition, what happens when this center closed? what is the plan for people who are going to be living on this site in two years or four years or w
