we're looking good near andrews air force base as well and upper marlboro. on the northbound side of i-95, things are still pretty quiet as you come up from dale city towards springfield and on to 395 and the 14th street bridge. back to the maps, this time to the north side of town. that construction i was telling you about on the inner loop near river road in bethesda has been cleared. no issues to report on the beltway from college park into silver spring. a live look outside at the beltway and if you're planning to head through silver spring, here's what it looks like at georgia avenue. no issues both loops of the beltway. but want to let you know what someone said yesterday. america is one big pothole right now. that's what u.s. transportation secretary ray lahood said during an interview yesterday. he said the u.s. was once the leader in infrastructure. however, we're now falling behind other countries. secretary lahood blamed the lack of attention over the last few decades and he also attributed the pothole problem to inadequate funding for infrastruct
