the city council meeting going head to head with the police demanding justice for 13-year- old andy lopez. kpix 5's andria borba was there as protestors brought the city council meeting to a standstill. >>> reporter: it began at the santa rosa city council meeting with a crowd of protestors upset that deputy erick gelhaus the man who shot and killed andy lopez back in october put on a sonoma county uniform again. [ screaming ] >> reporter: police and the crowds clashed at city hall. >> they said you couldn't come in. they started pushing the crowd and as they started pushing these guys, i snuck around the side and the cop stomped on my foot as i was getting past him. >> reporter: ending in one arrest.
