in the mean time r let's bring in andy mccarthy. ese law enforcement officers and people at the justice department come together for this press conference, what are you looking for as a former prosecut prosecutor? >> i guess what i'm most interested in, dana, and i think a guest you had on who was a justice department lawyer pretty much said the same thing. you want to see what the complaint says. i'm particularly interested to see whether this suspect made any statements to the police or not. that will usually -- usually with the fbi agents that will be laid out in the complaint if it happens. one of the things i think is important to note is that if this is charged the way i expect it will ultimately be charged at the indictment stage. right now they just have to do a criminal complaint, which means there has to be enough in there that the judge can hold the person in custody without bail until ultimately the charges that the guy will face in court are filed. i think if this is charged properly, any one of these charges could be a
