fox6's angelica sanchez has been following this story. she joins us live in cudahy with more on the search for the suspect. the search continu who is accused of harassing the juvenile at least three times before finally leaving her alone. word of this has quickly spread throughout the neighborhood. residents tell us this report is alarming. 'oh its nice...its quiet... its peaceful. the neighbors are friendly.' thats how 40-year-old danielle morales describes her neighborhood. she has a four year old daughter and tells fox 6 shes disturbed enticement just feet from her doorstep. 'its scary knowing that theres people out there like that.' police say at about 4pm tuesday a 13- year-old girl was walking home when she noticed an unknown suspect driving past her. the same suspect drove past her a second time while she was walking near swift and holmes avenue. this time he stopped the car and made a sexual comment to her before driving away. the suspect drove past her for a third time. he pulled over on swift and edgerton-- and propositioned her

that's where fox6's angelica sanchez joins us live. ---on thursday tabulators across the state can be seen intensely flipping through thousands of ballots for day one of the election recount. ozaukee and washington county are among the 48 counties that will hand-count ballots. observers in ozaukee tell fox6 this g just a double check of the process to make sure we didnt skip anything.' 'through the morning, county clerk julie winkelhorst made her way back and forth throughout the room... answering questions and making sure rules of the recount were followed. in washington county, the board of canvassers decided to split the hand- count in two rooms so municipalities could be processed faster. . it would have taken over 130 hours to feed them all through and as you can see i have two rooms of municipality... much quicker than going through the machine.' clerk jascewski says more machines were an option but reprogramming their database and memory cards would have taken away time that's not on anybody's side. she says they did find some e

"it's a fully automated, computer-controlled system. all the guns have their own weather station on board. they adjust given any changes in weather to make a thirty one snow guns make nordic mountain one of the most advanced snow-making operations in the midwest. they're controlled from a central hub at the hill, where they can change everything from the type of snow made to where the guns are aimed. all of this technology means that, all other things being equal, they can prep the resort faster than ever before. fox6's angelica sanchez spoke with the clerk one- on- one about their race to the finish line. picking up the speed after a prolonged start on thursday. waukesha county clerk kathleen novack feels the recount is now on track. i believe everybody had asl thursday but it's picked up significantly yesterday and it's faster today. clerk novack says saturdays goal is to get through the townships and then move onto the cities. the recount will go until midnight and then pick up again 9am sunday. to keep things moving--the county is now using 16 machines. that's four more than what they started with. they are also hand-counting write in ballots. however a green party observer tells fox6 they're calling on the party's we are looking into so their should be a lawyer here from the green party to look into some of the issues we found here." waukesha officials say this is not unusual during a recount. all observers and even municipalities have some sort of legal representation if there are questions into the process. clerk novack says a handful of abnormalities from election night were see

angelica is in the newsroom with details. the u-s army corps of engineers has announced it will not grant an easement for the the pipeline to cross under a missouri river reservoir in north dakota. has been at the center of the protests over the construction of the pipeline. they argue it could compromise their water supply and threaten several cultural sites. when the announcement was made -- celebrations broke out among the thousands of protesters on the site. officials are still trying to figure out what caused that deadly warehouse fire in oakland. at least 36 people have been confirmed dead. the fire broke out during a dance party late friday night. firefighters are removing debris very slowly... trying to avoid a building collapse and protect evidence. investigators still don't know what caused the fire... but inhabitants of the warehouse -- known as the "ghost ship" -- say the building had been carved into artist studios and was an illegal home for about a dozen people. they say the building was cluttered and had few exits. pr
