there are fare changes to tell you about and to break it all down for you, we brought in fox 5 angelie hemphill to know what you need to know before tomorrow's commute. good morning, angelie. >> reporter: good morning. there really is a lot going on with today's changes but three main things to keep in mind, there are new operating hours reduced rush hour services even fare increases, i want to start with the hours, during the week, monday will be your first day, monday through thursday metro will now run starting at 5:00 a.m. until 11:30 at night. closing one-half hour earlier. so you don't want to get stranded. friday, 5:00 a.m. until 1:00 a.m. saturdays, 7:00 a.m. until 1:00 a.m. and sundays, again, starting today, hours will be 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. there will also be fare hikes for both metro riders and bus riders during those peak hours, metro fares are going to go up by 10 cents, off-peak hours as much as 25 cents, then for bus riders, you're also going to go see fare increases paying 25 cents more in fares, and there will also be new time tables, and route changes. lastly, during r
