let's go to meteorologist angie lassman. oh, my god, it was brutal yesterday, angie.rocky indeed when it comes to weather. good morning. i do have good news for you kind of. we're going to see a couple more systems behind this system that left us dealing with so much in the past 24 hours. but the system that is still bringing rain across portions of of the north east is on its way out. notice we still have some of those stronger winds on the backside of this, and it's keeping some snow in the forecast. we've got 46 million people still under these flood alerts. we've got a couple of rivers under major flood stage, and we're going to likely see that continue. it'll take a bit for the swelling of those rivers to go down. in the meantime we've got gusty winds. places like boston have come down, but montauk, new port all in that 20 to 40 mile per hour range. out west alerts are up in preparation for the next storm system going to cross the country. this is going to bring the same impacts we saw with this previous system plus other things. we do have this working through a
