what better place to start than in your hometown, in your in anity, by investing girl, by becoming a volunteer, and understanding that anything is possible when you take a little girl's hand and say to her you are worth it. thank you. [applause] >> thank you very much. now for a few questions. as you might have guessed, i was not a girl scout, however, i was a boy scout and when you started talking today, you mentioned when you talk about the gold award, people say that is like the eagle scout. how do you change the conversation from making it to the equivalent of any girl scout? ourchavez: that is part of opportunity -- we had talk about it and understand the name has changed. it is inclusive, so there are women who have earned it and we they are sitting out there waiting to come home and i hope people will understand it is a very important award and we will continue to highlight it for girls. >> what percentage of girl scouts would you like to see earned the gold award? ms. chavez: 100%. >> d want it to be harder to get? ms. chavez: having talked to the older girls in our program,
