anjuli davis has more on what the charges are about. >> reporter: four more women have come forward saying they were victims of the touch therapy. this started back in september with three victims coming forward to detectives telling them that he was making sexualed a vanss during counseling sessions w four more coming most of the women were being treated by him for depression. during the sessions he would caress their bodies. they say he told them his touch therapy would release toxins from the body and a technique of eastern european medicine to treat depression. he had an an appearance in court this afternoon. >> linda. the proper procedures when he shot and killed a woman with emotional issues. police responded to the building after receiving a 911 call about a naked woman in the hall with scissors. when they arrived they confronted her and put the scissors down but she picked up a bat and attempted to hit an officer. that's when she was shot. she later died. ed officer had a stun gun and modified duty. >> woman in illinois fights off a man who tried to assault her. angela ferguson sai
