anne-marie. later this morning we're expecting harvey weinstein to walk through the doors of the police precinct right behind me, turning himself in roughly 6 1/2 months after "the new york times" first exposed his alleged sexual misconduct. harvey weinstein is expected to surrender to authorities today. he's facing criminal charges involving at least one of the women who have accused him of sexual assault. the case reportedly involved actress lucia evans. she told investigators and "the new yorker" that weinstein forced her to perform oral sex on him in his manhattan office in 2004. late last year the manhattan d.a.'s office hired a lawyer. she insists weinstein raped her twice in 2010. dozens of women have accused the former hollywood mogul of sexual harassment, misconduct, and rape. weinstein has repeatedly denied having nonconsensual sex with any of the women who have come forward. attorney jean christensen represents some of weinstein's accusers. she told "cbs this morning" that a conviction could be used in similar cases against him. >> at a minimum, i would expect that they will feel sati
