several weeks and of course we are grateful for the support from the chair and your team as well as anna dunning and sally marr from the mayor's budget office. and just to call out to the dps team on this, including jenny lewis, emily gibbs and james alexander, beyond the savings here, there are two sets of policy recommendations. the first is related to a new office of victims and witness rights, which is created as part of a voter mandate. in addition, the blr has noted four new managers on our budget, as the report states, they are not recommending a reduction in note and note. no savings. as part of this recommendation, they are flagging the following positions as a policy decision for the board, consistent with other city departments. these is for positions are a manager of five and behavioral health services to assist with coordinating the street response teams and across city departments. there are two positions relate to laguna honda research. efforts and 1165 manager nurse, the chief nursing officer and manager. eight chief care experience officer who will be within the san francisco he
